About the Role
Join Westpac’s Community and Foundations team, supporting programs and partnerships that help create positive outcomes for communities across Australia. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative, coordination and reporting support across a range of community initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for the team.
- Manage the shared inbox.
- Coordinate stakeholder enquiries.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Schedule activities.
- Track deliverables.
- Support community impact reporting.
- Ensure projects, partnerships and volunteering programs are delivered efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives and keeping multiple priorities on track.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly.
- Confidence working with data, reporting and insights to help measure outcomes and impact.
- Digital and systems capability, including an interest in emerging AI tools and technology.
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with a passion for community impact and continuous improvement.
