About the Role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the President, International and drive the priorities of Fanatics Collectibles across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. This role combines business planning, financial insight, strong judgment, and hands-on execution to help run the operating cadence for the international business, translate strategy into actions, and keep regional and global teams aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the President to shape, challenge, and communicate the strategy and priorities for the international business, including tradeoffs, timing, and ownership.
  • Support the President on complex decisions by framing issues, gathering input, and presenting clear options and recommendations.
  • Lead preparation for executive reviews, leadership meetings, offsites, and major partner discussions.
  • Translate the President's direction into clear objectives, actions, and measures of success for the international leadership team.
  • Work across regional leaders and global functions to align priorities, timing, and dependencies across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
  • Create clarity on decisions, ownership, and escalation paths, and ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • Lead selected cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the President, particularly those spanning markets, regions, or global teams.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or misalignment early and work with relevant leaders to resolve them.
  • Develop clear presentations, updates, and business narratives connecting international strategy, performance, and priorities.
  • Prepare communications and briefing materials for the President for internal and external audiences.
  • Keep leadership discussions focused on the most important business issues, decisions, and actions.
  • Lead a focused set of high-impact projects for the President, such as growth plans, market expansion, operating model changes, and new business opportunities.
  • Set clear goals, plans, owners, and checkpoints, working closely with regional and functional teams through delivery.
  • Review outcomes and lessons learned to improve future planning and execution.
  • Partner with the President and People team on leadership effectiveness, organizational priorities, and ways of working across the international business.
  • Help the international leadership team work effectively across markets, time zones, and global functions, with clear communication and accountability.
  • Support leaders with planning, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff role within a complex international organization.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and leading work across multiple regions and functions.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to work through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and move work forward without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality executive materials.
  • Able to work from the London office five days per week.
  • Able to travel internationally from time to time.
