About the Role
As Teamlead Training Management, you will take on a central role in organizing and implementing our educational offerings. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from course planning to communication with our instructors and participants.
Responsibilities
- Organization and control of all administrative processes in the field of further education
- Operational and disciplinary management of a small team
- Planning, scheduling, and administration of courses and information events
- Process responsibility in the digital learning management system (LMS) for maintaining course materials, databases, and license management for participant tools
- Communication with participants, instructors, and partners
- Interface role with funding providers & application for measures (AfA, pension insurance, etc.) and support of corporate clients
- Quality assurance and support for audits & certifications (AZAV & QCG)
- Identification of automation potential & further development of AI-supported working methods in training management
Requirements
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in educational management, pedagogy, adult education, organization, hospitality, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the education, training, or further education sector, in event management, or in a comparable coordinating role
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor: you have a good sense for people and know how to convince and motivate them
- Confident use of Office applications, CRMs, LMS, AI chatbots, and no fear of new applications / media: digitalization is part of our DNA
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working: proactive thinkers and idea generators are welcome
- Friendly and service-oriented interaction with people: a matter of course
- Native-level German language skills
- Office presence several days a week: residence in Berlin or surrounding area necessary
