About the Role

As a Consultant Risk & Regulatory Advisory in Investment Management, you will advise leading asset managers on operational, process, and regulatory issues, focusing on digital transformation, future-proof business models, and AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly asset managers, asset servicers, and securities firms, within project activities.
Support impact and gap analyses, and identify optimization potential in processes, systems, and organizations.
Contribute to developing concepts for increasing investment performance through cost efficiency, automation, and process optimization across the value chain.
Develop and work on future-oriented topics in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, analyzing industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to prepare clients for future challenges.
Participate in exciting transformation and regulatory projects, helping to make digital and AI-based solutions usable for clients.
Actively participate in concrete tasks and projects within a dynamic team, gaining practical experience and continuously developing professional and personal competencies.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in economics, law, or a comparable field (e.g., CFA or CAIA qualification is a plus).
Initial professional experience in the investment management environment, e.g., with an asset manager, investment company, or in a comparable consulting role.
Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the investment management environment (e.g., KAGB, AIFMD, MiFID) or interest in these topics.
Experience and enthusiasm in the productive use of modern AI tools to support daily work.
Willingness to travel and flexibility to advise clients nationwide on-site.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
