About the Role
This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape processes, systems, and reporting frameworks. You will work across various systems including learning, onboarding, HRIS, and event management in a varied and impactful position. Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems supporting learning, onboarding, and workforce compliance.
- Manage user access, maintain accurate records, and ensure data is up-to-date, reliable, and compliant.
- Extract and analyze data, produce reports, and support system integration.
- Coordinate event registrations and manage onboarding pathways.
- Maintain training records.
- Identify smarter ways of working and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Support system upgrades and leverage technology to improve processes, data quality, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
Requirements
- Experience in systems administration, LMS administration, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong reporting, Excel, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in a compliance-driven environment (e.g., healthcare, education, training).
- Confidence navigating system back-ends and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Forms) is highly regarded.
- A proactive, self-motivated problem solver who enjoys improving systems, processes, and user experiences.
