About the Role

Responsibilities
- Understand the medium- to long-term business environment and industry trends of the accounts you are in charge of, and make proposals to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Develop strategic partnerships and build trust with customers, including CxO level.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through deal management and accurate sales forecasting.
- In addition to deep-reaching sales to existing customers, develop new customers and create pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as system engineers, consultants, and support, as well as partner companies, to provide leadership in acquiring projects.
- Fully responsible for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process and ensure Salesforce is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of Enterprise Account Manager experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record in a high growth company of medium size from the information technology/networking industry.
- Must be able to read and write English & fluent in Japanese.

- 英語の読み書きに抵抗のない方
- 学士または同等の資格
- 8年以上のIT業界における経験
- テレコム/サービスプロバイダ向けの提案、設計、構築経験 (日本語及び英語)
- 高いコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション、アカウントマネジメントのスキル
