About the Role
Seeking a Managing Architect to join the Professional Services team, helping customers achieve value faster and drive successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. This role involves leading complex technical engagements, acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with Sales and delivery partners from pre-sales scoping through implementation and expansion. You will scope, sell, and deliver projects, own delivery outcomes, advocate for customers, and identify challenges and product gaps to influence product direction and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems while defining best practices and design patterns for the Omni platform.
- Provide insight and guidance on how to leverage Omni’s AI features to maximise impact of the platform.
- Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation, and delivery approach.
- Act as the primary customer-facing technical contact, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive project results by managing consulting and delivery partners, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate frontline customer feedback into actionable product direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space.
- Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode), with a specific mastery of semantic layers like Omni or Looker.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environments.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through to execution, ideally as a consultant.
