  • Lead customer and stakeholder discussions, explaining complex identity and security concepts and providing pragmatic recommendations.
  • Guide engineers and delivery teams through complex technical challenges and review designs, configurations, code, and integrations.
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise SailPoint solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
  • Apply hands-on expertise across joiner, mover, and leaver processes, identity aggregation, access requests, role management, access certifications, SoD controls, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Lead application onboarding, connector configuration, and identity data integration across various environments (AD, Entra ID, HRIS, ERP, ITSM, SaaS, custom applications).

  • Develop scalable solution architectures and identity governance models addressing business, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • Assess existing identity environments and define practical modernization roadmaps.
  • Apply secure-by-design principles, including least privilege, defense in depth, continuous verification, and full attribution.

  • Promote version control, configuration management, automated testing, repeatable deployments, release and change management, secure coding, and configuration practices.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, operational runbooks, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Improve delivery through automation, reusable components, and consistent implementation standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical governance, quality assurance, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and design forums.
  • Communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Mentor engineers and grow SailPoint and identity capability through knowledge sharing, patterns, playbooks, reusable assets, and internal enablement.
  • Build effective relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal delivery teams.

Requirements
