About the Role
Conifer Park is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their nursing team at the Outpatient Clinic in Rochester, NY. The LPN will collaborate with the RN in implementing a total health care regime, provide data for patient response evaluation, and administer medications safely while working closely with medical and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime.
- Provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care.
- Administers medication safely and accurately.
- Works closely with Medical and Clinical staff.
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical School education.
- Current NYS LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- CPR certification required.
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required.
