About the Role
Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure for cloud and AI growth. The Spares Supply Chain organization within CSCP is transforming the cloud service parts supply chain to ensure timely availability of spare parts for global capacity requirements. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic programs and workstreams for the transformation of the Spare Parts Supply Chain.
- Develop and drive the vision and future state process and systems roadmap, including business impact, success metrics, and KPIs.
- Program-manage the deployment and adoption of new supply chain capabilities and processes, including change management.
- Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage delivery schedules and resource plans.
- Define program scope, schedules, issues, and risks, and conduct program status reviews.
- Cultivate strategic global relationships and influence decision-makers through effective communication.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance personal productivity and drive business impact.
- Perform data analysis and visualization using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional program delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional program delivery.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
