About the Role
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Quick Service Line Servers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve food quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the serving line and surrounding area.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders.
- Assist with food prep and plating as needed.
- Ensure all food items meet health and safety standards before being served.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.
- Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with general restaurant duties, including cleaning and stocking as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a quick service setting.
- Ability to work in a high-speed, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or food items.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
