About the Role

This role plays a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of the ANZ outsourced distribution in conjunction with 3PL. You will be based out of Horsely Park, NSW and manage daily operational coordination for inbound, outbound, and returns flow through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key interface on day-to-day operations between internal stakeholders (order management & planning) and external stakeholders (warehouse, transport carriers) to ensure orders flow on time and priorities are managed.
  • Raise and follow up on any data flow issues with IT to ensure daily operations are fulfilled on time.
  • Validate that export shipments from 3PL comply with the DG documentation process.
  • Validate and review operational requests from 3PL, such as write-offs, inbound/outbound logistics, and month-end transaction volumes.
  • Facilitate on/offline returns in cooperation with the order management and GCC teams.
  • Support monthly KPI reviews and meetings, process compliance, and EHS follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams/brands to identify and resolve any issues causing supply chain disruptions, as advised by the Inventory Manager.
  • Assist in overseeing the clearance and delivery of all inbound freight.
  • Coordinate return authorizations (RA's) from B2B's in conjunction with the 3PL inbound team and Brands ELC.
  • Update SAP with arrival dates for all incoming freight as required.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in arranging/confirming the disposal of obsolete/damaged goods.
  • Assist in Value-Added Services (VAS) activities.
  • Investigate return claims and report findings to ELC stakeholders.
  • Manage indirect procurement for 3PL.
  • Update the Scorecard for internal and regional meetings.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail, warehousing, logistics, or operations.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
