About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical production facilities for the manufacturing of parenteral drugs.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with GMP regulations and recognized pharmaceutical rules.
- Create and update pharmaceutical-relevant documents, such as manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
- Prepare Investigation Reports for procedural deviations in coordination with QA/QC.
- Ensure validation of manufacturing processes and initial/ongoing training of production personnel.
- Initiate measures within the framework of Change Control for necessary changes.
- Review manufacturing protocols and handle complaints.
- Prepare and follow up on inspections and audits.
- Ensure GMP compliance and optimize processes for cost-effectiveness within projects.
- Supervise practical training for pharmacy interns.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in pharmacy with a license to practice as a pharmacist.
- Ideally, have initial professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, testing, and evaluation of medicinal products.
- Have good knowledge of medicinal product risk assessment and national/international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Navigate confidently in the GMP environment.
- Proficient in IT systems such as MS Office.
- Able to analyze technical processes, derive targeted measures, and think in a connected, systems-oriented way.
- Possess good organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities including independent action, assertiveness, communication skills, flexibility, and resilience.
- Have a pronounced quality and cost awareness.
- Fluent German language skills and good English skills (written and spoken).
