About the Role

Nestlé is seeking an analytical, commercially minded Field Planning Specialist to turn strategy into execution across its field sales network. This role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing field activity to ensure commercial priorities are met in-store, requiring a passion for data, stakeholder collaboration, and transforming insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage field sales activity plans aligning commercial priorities with field capacity and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate and communicate cycle workplans, promotional activations, and execution priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to drive execution excellence and business growth.
  • Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting on key sales metrics including compliance, displays, planograms, presell activity, and trade standards.
  • Own key field sales databases and planning tools, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Lead regular stakeholder review meetings and provide recommendations to improve field effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Partner with Customer, Category, and Field Sales teams to ensure successful activation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, commercial planning, category, field sales, or marketing environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements independently.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
