About the Role
This is an exciting entry-level position in our branch network, ideal for candidates interested in a teamwork environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support. You will be provided with training on AAA products and services to help meet sales goals and advance your career with skills-based pay increases and monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services.
- Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
- Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
- Be available during branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Be flexible to work one Saturday per month.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain for Property and Casualty License
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
