About the Role
Lead assigned marketing strategy and execution for the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group, supporting development of marketing strategy and execution for new/market transformation products and mature products. Drive understanding of business priorities and report on marketing results. Utilize customer insights, data and internal relationships to increase product awareness and participation.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize program portfolio team inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan for new/market transformation and mature products.
- Perform customer segmentation analysis and distill product value propositions to develop product bundles.
- Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences.
- Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs.
- Support product awareness research.
- Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
- 5 years marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing.
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: program, product or brand management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of brand, advertising, and promotion principles and tactics.
- Peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results.
