About the Role
As a Pharmacy Intern (all genders) in Drug Substance Production, you will gain insights into the daily operations of pharmacists and GMP Operations team members. You will also manage your own projects and tasks, providing a perfect blend of practical experience and informed career decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of drug substance production in a pharmaceutical micronization facility.
- Support current projects for quality optimization and process improvement (e.g., MES / Master Batch Records).
- Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide support for qualifications, validations, and risk analyses.
- Assist in preparing for and following up on audits and inspections.
- Support problem-solving for production deviations.
- Gain practical experience and new knowledge.
- Deepen theoretical knowledge through practical work with experienced employees.
Requirements
- Completion of the second state examination in Pharmacy.
- First experiences in pharmaceutical technology are desirable.
- Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical production facilities and processes.
- Interest in the scientific processing of issues.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- Reliability and diligence when working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Initiative, independent, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Enjoyment of teamwork.
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Complete application documents (cover letter, CV, state examination, and certificates).
