About the Role
The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program provides students with meaningful work, a chance to gain knowledge of the insurance industry, and opportunities to network. We offer a welcoming environment that encourages questions, contributions, and the expansion of technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in model validation activities, risk monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of the GRC tool for Model Risk Management governance.
- Maintain the model validation report repository.
- Support the team on ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel) and at least one programming language (VBA, R, Python, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Experience in (re)insurance industry and/or risk management.
- Experience with PowerBI.
- Passed at least one actuarial exam.
