About the Role
The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program provides students with meaningful work, a chance to gain knowledge of the insurance industry, and opportunities to network. We offer a welcoming environment that encourages questions, contributions, and the expansion of technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide research and modeling support for analyzing drivers of mortality, morbidity, and future trends.
- Offer research and modeling support for emerging areas of biometric risk.
- Conduct research and benchmarking of studies, pricing bases, models, regulations, and data sources to support actuarial pricing projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at the University level pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Actuarial Science.
- Possess proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts commensurate with educational experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
