This role owns full-cycle execution for technical and business-critical roles, focusing on building sourcing, calibration, and candidate-experience machinery to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle execution for technical and business-critical roles, from sourcing to closing.
- Develop innovative sourcing methods to find passive talent.
- Partner with Founders and leadership to calibrate roles and provide strategic guidance.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience for all applicants.
- Build and refine recruiting infrastructure, including ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral loops.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, calibration, close).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical stacks and speak credibly to engineers.
- Externally competitive yet internally collaborative and empathetic.
- Organized approach to scaling quality in a fast-moving environment.
