About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with a strong Data Science and Machine Learning background and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI, and Generative AI Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and governing enterprise-grade AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Copilots, Autonomous Workflows, and AI-powered Business Applications. The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent Orchestration, Azure Cloud, and AI Platform Engineering. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry Agents, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI.
- Build Multi-Agent Architectures, Supervisor-Agent Frameworks, Planner-Executor Models, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Systems, and Autonomous Workflow Engines.
- Implement Agent Memory, Agent Skills, Tool Calling, MCP Integration, Workflow Orchestration, and Agent Evaluation Frameworks.
- Design and build enterprise Copilot solutions.
- Develop custom Copilot Agents for HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, IT Operations, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure Topics, Actions, Plugins, Prompts, and Power Platform Integrations.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Build conversational and task-oriented agents.
- Develop secure enterprise-grade Copilot governance models.
- Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
- Build custom AI applications using GPT Models, Open Source Models, Azure AI Model Catalog, and Fine-Tuned Models.
- Implement RAG Pipelines, AI Search, Knowledge Grounding, Agent-to-Agent Communication, Model Evaluation Frameworks, and Prompt Management.
- Manage AI Foundry Projects, Prompt Flows, Agent Services, Model Deployments, and AI Monitoring & Observability.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Build Forecasting Models, Recommendation Engines, Classification Models, and Anomaly Detection Solutions.
- Apply Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP Techniques.
- Use Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years in Generative AI
- 2+ years in Agentic AI
- Hands-on experience in Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience in Azure AI Foundry
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI products
