About the Role
We are looking for a Head Waiter to lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you. You will bring your own flavour to our guests’ table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time. You will play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling any requests and questions, be they from our guests or the team, and know your products and systems inside out.

Requirements
- 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.

- You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
