About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to employer and insurer partners, assisting individuals in returning to work and regaining confidence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments
- Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
- Attend case conferences and client meetings
- Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
- Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, employers, and insurers
- Current registration with (AHPRA / ESSA / ASORC)
