About the Role
As a Product Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Product team to support discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch across active initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech turns customer problems into shipped features.
Responsibilities
- Paired with a Product Manager and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners, sitting in on planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct user and market research.
- Help translate findings into requirements and user stories.
- Track feature execution.
- Support go-to-market and launch readiness.
- Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development.
- Engage with company leadership during networking events.
- Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor.
Requirements
- Current student expected to graduate in Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Business, Product Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects.
- Available for a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027.
- Available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with an act-like-an-owner mentality.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions.
