About the Role
As a Finance Intern at OnePay, you will support financial planning, analysis, and operations initiatives by analyzing financial data, supporting reporting and forecasting, and evaluating business decisions. You will gain exposure to how a fast-moving fintech manages its books and plans ahead through real-world projects and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data
- Support reporting and forecasting efforts
- Help evaluate business decisions
- Build and maintain financial models
- Assist with month-end close and variance analysis
- Help prepare materials for budget reviews and investor reporting
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree expected to graduate in Fall 2027/Spring 2028 majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Completed at least one previous internship or substantial personal/academic projects
- Available for a full-time, 8-week program from June 21 - August 13, 2027
- Available to work in the New York City office at least 3-4 days a week
- Daily use of AI tools for work, including analysis and model building
- Understanding of AI tool strengths, weaknesses, and accuracy testing
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with an 'act-like-an-owner' mentality
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication of ideas
