About the Role
The Community Hospice has a full-time opportunity for a Patient Care Technician with experience in end-of-life care to provide compassionate care to hospice patients and support their families/caregivers at our 14-bed inpatient hospice program.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to hospice patients.
- Support patient families and caregivers.
Requirements
- Experience in end-of-life care.
- Experience working in a supportive relationship with other members of a healthcare team.
