About the Role

Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and high-touch on-site candidate experience, managing complex interview logistics, and driving process improvements within the recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end candidate on-site experience, ensuring interviews are organized, high-touch, and logistically seamless.
Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across a global team and multiple time zones.
Manage candidate travel and visit logistics, including transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.
Plan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.
Partner with Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and improve the candidate experience.
Own data accuracy and system hygiene across Greenhouse and GoodTime, proactively spotting and fixing inconsistencies.
Lead process improvement initiatives across recruiting operations, identifying inefficiencies and driving fixes.
Create travel/event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, keeping them current and scalable.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling.
Experience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms.
Excellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes.
Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the company to candidates, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
