About the Role
Managing multiple customers to sell distribution material, performing RFQ follow-up through KPI consultation, and delivering excellent service throughout the order process.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements and verifying stock availability, purchasing contracts, and previous supplier requests.
- Prepare customer offers based on the best supply source determined by Procurement, considering certifications, price, and lead time.
- Perform RFQ follow-up activities, including emails, calls, videoconferences, and visits, to maintain customer relations.
- Build sustainable customer relationships by providing product and order/contract information and explaining complex technical details.
- Proactively handle customer complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with management and other departments.
- Monitor and manage daily targets/KPIs (Sales, Margin, Bookings, OTIF %, Order Book) using BI tools and implement corrective actions to achieve profitability.
- Undertake other duties as directed for the efficient running of the Company.
Requirements
- Autonomy in the critical revision of product technical specifications
- Target monitoring through BI tools
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Expertise in the use of SAP and Salesforce
- Market knowledge
- Familiar with Quality Audit Process and maintenance of Quality Management System
