About the Role
Manage the end-to-end production of creative work across marketing and brand campaigns, including paid ad content, growth marketing assets, event activations, and partner/customer marketing deliverables. This role ensures clear intake, realistic timelines, and quality standards are met, partnering closely with marketing, brand, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage production for paid marketing campaigns, coordinating asset creation, timelines, and approvals.
- Support partner and customer marketing projects, producing creative deliverables.
- Own creative production logistics for events, including signage, activations, and on-site needs.
- Own and support the creative request intake process, ensuring clear briefs and appropriate routing.
- Run polish reviews on outgoing creative to ensure quality, consistency, and brand adherence.
- Build and maintain production timelines for concurrent projects, coordinating vendors and flagging risks.
- Communicate status, blockers, and changes clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or production management.
- Experience producing across multiple creative formats (paid media, event/experiential, digital, print, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Clear, proactive communicator capable of coordinating across teams and vendors.
- Working familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Linear, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Comfortable executing against plans while exercising independent judgment.
- Growth mindset, curious about new formats and channels, and adaptable to evolving work.
