Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships and commercial processes.
Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery against agreed-upon goals.
Guide and influence clients across all situations, becoming trusted advisors.
Engage fully in business development by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and knowledge of adjacent topics.
Develop others and build a following within the firm.
Lead firm-building activities, serving as a role model for firm values and building a strong personal brand.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, or a combination of strategy consulting and Trading Strategy & Risk industry experience.
Expert-level, practice-specific knowledge in energy & commodities (oil, gas/LNG, power; metals or ags a plus).
Strategic mindset and transformation credentials; experience shaping and leading change (operating models, risk frameworks, commercial strategy).
Strong quantitative foundation (derivatives, risk measurement); familiarity with AI/ML applications in trading and risk is a plus.
Executive presence and client-facing potential to advise leadership teams.
Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative, seek out learning opportunities, and apply existing skills.
Creativity and ability to generate novel ideas to solve client problems.
Aptitude for analytical work, including data analysis and complex problem-solving.
