About the Role

Drives the product development and commercialization process, ensuring product delivery that meets business requirements for quality, aesthetic, and price. Establishes consistent communication with Hub teams/Factories regarding sample execution and mitigates challenges.

Responsibilities

Partner with Design for seasonal development and new product launches.
Work with Design to initiate flash cost requests and maintain cost request tracking.
Create tech packages in PLM for initial season setup, including bill of material, model, and packaging BOM.
Lead initiatives to improve tech pack accuracy for future data-driven systems.
Initiate all sample requests.
Create Line Sheet with images in Visulon for Line Adoption & Line Finalization meetings.
Work with 3rd party vendor for production of selling tools like swatch cards/references.
Partner with RM, QA, and Tech teams to ensure seasonal risk assessment completion.
Facilitate and participate in seasonal product reviews to evaluate sample execution and alignment to tech pack requirements.
Oversee the Late Add process and Line Adoption & Finalization meetings.
Attend fit sessions to review details for block/make detail requests.
Initiate and track style development from concept through production, ensuring all approvals meet calendar deadlines.
Manage daily communication with overseas offices.
Drive adherence to the product development calendar.
Build effective relationships with internal partners in Design, Sales, Merchandise Planning, and Supply and Operations to foster cross-functional synergy and collaboration.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience recommended in product development, merchandising, or other related work experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High energy level.
Must work well under pressure.
