About the Role
As an IT Delivery Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms supporting the company’s internal IT environment. You will administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems, manage device management, and partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company standards. This role involves leading IT infrastructure improvement projects, evaluating new technologies, developing automation, and maintaining system documentation and data.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment
- Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools
- Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms
- Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company security and compliance standards
- Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automation
- Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows
- Maintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and audits
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve the scalability and reliability of internal systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce
- Hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)
- Led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects
- Looks for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners well across Security, Engineering, and Operations
- Motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience
