About the Role
Opportunity for 3 Senior Project Officers to join the Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role provides high-level project management support for strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring effective planning, governance, and delivery. It involves proactive risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with business priorities to achieve organisational outcomes and deliver lasting value.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-level project management support to drive the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ensures projects are effectively planned, governed, and delivered in accordance with established frameworks.
- Proactively manages risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensures project objectives remain aligned with business priorities and organisational outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and oversight.
- Provides strategic advice, monitors performance, and promotes continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
