About the Role
As our founding designer, you will own how companies set up, use, and control their agent. You will take work from customer conversations through prototypes, implementation, and launch, shaping both the product and the design function as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Design clear experiences across Slack and web for setup, integrations, agent behavior, and control.
- Build a code-backed design system that engineers and coding agents use by default.
- Work with engineers to ship and refine everything from core flows to product copy and visual details.
- Talk directly with customers and turn friction into shipped improvements.
- Set the product quality bar and help bring launches to life through demos and supporting visuals.
Requirements
- A portfolio showing complex systems made understandable and ownership from customer problem to shipped product.
- Comfort writing frontend code, including HTML, CSS, and ideally React.
