About the Role
As a Partnerships Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Commercial team to support partnerships, market and product diligence, and deal execution to help bring OnePay’s products to life. You'll sit at the intersection of Commercial, Product, and Legal, and get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech finds, evaluates, and signs the partners its products depend on.
Responsibilities
- Support partnerships, market and product diligence, and deal execution.
- Sit at the intersection of Commercial, Product, and Legal.
- Gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech finds, evaluates, and signs partners.
- Be paired with Commercial team members and work alongside Partnerships, Legal, and Product partners.
- Sit in on external diligence calls, internal redline reviews, and support strategy work.
- Research prospective partners and markets.
- Help build strategy and deal materials for new product categories.
- Support outreach and deal execution.
- Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development.
- Engage with company leadership during networking events.
- Receive guidance and feedback from your manager and a dedicated mentor.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree expected to graduate in Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects.
- Available for a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027.
- Available to work in the New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the program.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude with an act-like-an-owner mentality.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working with others.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions.
