About the Role

CreatorIQ's Strategic Services organization delivers scoped, professional-services engagements across specialized functions. This role owns the coordination of these engagements, from scoping and positioning during the sales cycle to managing operational execution post-sale. You will partner with global counterparts to ensure consistent delivery standards and cross-functional handoffs worldwide. This position empowers senior specialists and functional leads by centralizing scope-building, billability, and team activation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of scope-building for Strategic Services engagements, translating sales needs into clearly defined scopes of work.
  • Own billable coding, utilization, and allocation tracking across all Strategic Services functions for real-time margin analysis.
  • Map scopes to required functions and activate teams to ensure comprehensive engagement delivery.
  • Own explicit handoff points and expectations across intersecting functions for defined processes.
  • Build and maintain a catalog of repeatable, well-scoped Strategic Services offerings for Sales and CS.
  • Assess team bandwidth before scopes are sold to ensure deliverability and flag contractor needs.
  • Partner with Finance/RevOps to drive consistent time-tracking and billable-hour logging.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Strategic Services leaders to run discovery with prospects and customers.
  • Translate customer needs into clearly scoped, custom professional services proposals.
  • Own the technical and strategic content of proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert and presenter in new-business pitches, RFP processes, and renewal/expansion conversations.
  • Partner with functional leads, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to evolve scopes, staffing, and service offerings.
  • Stay current on creator/influencer marketing trends and best practices to serve as a go-to scope expert.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on creator/influencer marketing experience (strategist, account lead, director at an agency, or operator/practitioner at a brand).
  • Proven experience scoping and/or selling in an enterprise SaaS or agency environment.
  • Operational fluency with billability, utilization, and resource allocation.
  • Strong ability to translate creator marketing strategy and program needs into clearly scoped, sellable, and deliverable professional services offerings.
  • Comfort working across a multi-function services organization and coordinating team involvement.
  • Track record pitching or presenting professional/managed services directly to prospects.
  • Experience building or improving a services catalog, playbook, or standardized offering set.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), time-tracking/billability systems, and proposal/SOW development.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery/Services teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
