About the Role
Partner with leadership to shape and execute strategic priorities, driving AI enablement, business transformation, and operating model modernization. This highly visible role influences enterprise-wide decisions and transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives across Procurement and Administrative Services, translating leadership priorities into actionable transformation plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support AI strategy development, adoption planning, value realization frameworks, and assessment of emerging technologies to improve business performance and service delivery.
- Design and evolve value measurement frameworks, executive scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate organizational impact and support decision-making.
- Drive digital transformation, process optimization, operating model design, and automation initiatives while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, and leadership communications while supporting senior leadership planning, governance, and special projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, operations, finance, technology, procurement, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional strategic, operational, or transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong financial analysis, business case development, performance measurement, and executive communication capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.
