Responsibilities

  • Lead the governance review and approval process for customer-facing communications to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end governance of customer communication journeys, including disclosures, notices, and announcements.
  • Create, review, and refine clear, concise, and customer-centric content for various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and operations to deliver effective communications.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern content standards, disclosure guidelines, and templates for consistency and compliance.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, business insights, and performance metrics to recommend communication improvements.
  • Develop and maintain validation processes and controls for accuracy and integrity of customer communications.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness.
  • Create, maintain, and improve policies, procedures, workflows, and controls for the Consumer Governance Collateral Program.
  • Promote consistency and mitigate risk associated with fragmented, inaccurate, or non-compliant content.
  • Clearly communicate recommendations and governance decisions to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on evolving banking regulations, consumer disclosures, governance practices, and industry standards.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all customer-facing communications align with brand standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, but commensurate work experience will be considered.
  • At least 3-5 years of operational banking experience with a focus on consumer banking.
  • Ability to be well-organized, a team-player, motivated, and flexible with working hours.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and adapt to changing business priorities.
