Responsibilities
- Retrieve material from manufacturing
- Transfer product to pallets
- Band and wrap product to pallets
- Store pallets
- Stage trucks
- Load trucks
- Use E1, Outlook, and Excel
- Regularly use PIT equipment (power walkie, fork truck, pancake, stacker, and swing truck)
- Participate in safety,ቨquality, and process improvement initiatives
- Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations
- Work in one or more process paths; receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping
- Prepare shipping documents
- Coordinate shipments with couriers
- Ship materials, including finished products, per applicable SOPs
- Ensure inventory is stored accurately
- Work with your team to make sure everyone has a magical experience every day
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of general warehouse experience
- One to two years’ experience working with computers and basic software packages, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
- Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus required
- Ability to work in different environments such as frozen, refrigerated, and ambient/room temp
- Ability to work at different heights on Powered Industrial Trucks such as an Order Picker
Skills
- Maintain knowledge of current import/export regulations as they relate to shipment of goods to and from the USA
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently as well as collaboratively
- Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Successful in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language and educational backgrounds

Experience Level
- One year of general warehouse experience
- One to two years’ experience working with computers and basic software packages

Salary/Compensations
- $14.41–$21.61 per hour
- Eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results
