About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Packer to join our growing New York team!
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, organize, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
- Accurately pack the required quantities of equipment and beverages for each airline and distribute them to the appropriate stations.
- Properly document all received inventory and stock replenishments.
- Conduct inventory checks in assigned areas as needed.
- Inspect chinaware, silverware, plasticware, and other equipment daily before flight service.
- Ensure products remain separated, organized, and properly rotated.
- Prepare all required paperwork related to equipment and beverage packing in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System handbook.
- Promptly report food safety concerns or system issues to management and the Hygiene and Food Safety team.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to the proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- At least one year of logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
