The leader will own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and business delivery of the sales technology toolset, acting as a key partner to Technology, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Sales Leadership to ensure field teams have the necessary insights, tools, and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for CRM and sales enablement platforms aligned to Prosperity’s integrated ecosystem.
  • Establish a disciplined intake and prioritization process that evaluates seller impact, business value, implementation readiness, and delivery management.
  • Translate distribution strategy and field feedback into business requirements, business cases, clear prioritization, and defined acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve field productivity, advisor engagement, and sales effectiveness through integrated insights, training, and performance management.
  • Prioritize AI and automation opportunities that reduce administrative work and improve seller decision-making while meeting legal, compliance, and information-security requirements.
  • Standardize how opportunities are initiated, developed, coordinated, and advanced across the sales organization.
  • Design and maintain CRM workflows, stages, and discipline that support a consistent, well-managed pipeline.
  • Increase user adoption with frictionless experiences for reps who can access, create, and share content, get training, and collaborate with their teams without switching tools.
  • Ensure field teams have access to relevant tools, resources, sales materials, and competitive positioning.
  • Turn complexity into action, helping sales teams navigate product positioning, customer insights, and market intel through accessible tools, training, and opportunities.
  • Operationalize customer segments, propensity scores, real-time engagement signals, relationship data, competitive intelligence, and product eligibility across seller workflows.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Analytics teams to support forecasting, territory management, and business planning within sales team workflows.
  • Partner with Analytics and Competitive intelligence to translate complex data into meaningful insights, surfacing recommendations and opportunities within the integrated sales enablement ecosystem.
  • Create a 360-degree view of the metrics that correlate with sales success within a single CRM platform.
  • Build a high-performing product delivery team through coaching, professional development, and stakeholder management.
  • Establish goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Promote strong cross-functional relationships and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Engage directly with wholesalers and sales leadership to understand workflows and needs.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and distribution growth strategies in partnership with Marketing, Product, Operations, and IT teams.
  • Coordinate communication and change management, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Bridge Marketing, Product, and Sales Training to ensure messaging and playbooks match go-to-market strategies and are consistently executed in the field.
  • Ensure CRM analytics and enablement activities align with compliance and regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams as needed.
  • Promote disciplined data governance and reporting practices.
