About the Role
In this role, you will guide clients through the entire M&A deal cycle, from strategy and due diligence to integration. Our team supports clients in the strategic, financial, and legal aspects of buying, selling, or merging companies.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients strategically and operationally on preparing and executing complex change processes.
- Analyze inorganic growth potential, identify M&A targets, and evaluate strategic fits and synergies.
- Advise on integration strategies, operating models, and implementation for company acquisitions.
- Support the conceptual and operational aspects of divestitures and carve-outs across all business functions.
- Conduct operational due diligence to assess operational performance, value enhancement opportunities, market positioning, and supply chains.
- Engage in client workshops, meetings, presentations, and coaching of junior team members with empathy, motivation, and a focus on objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge in M&A, PMI, Carve-out, or ODD.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel (including internationally).
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- High level of commitment, personal responsibility, and agile working methods.
