About the Role
XYZ Storage is seeking a Client Experience Manager (CEM) to join their growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining XYZ Storage's reputation for unparalleled customer service, assisting customers, renting storage units, and supporting daily operations and sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers
- Rent storage units
- Sell merchandise and services
- Open and close the facility
- Keep all areas clean and presentable
- Perform locker checks
- Clean the office and kitchen
- Ensure trucks are well maintained, cleaned, and parked in an orderly fashion
- Convey to potential customers why XYZ Storage is the best option
- Ascertain the needs of leads
- Sell features and close sales
