Responsibilities

  • Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments
  • Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution
  • Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives
  • Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking
  • Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement
  • Models an inclusive environment for employees and clients, aligned to company Great Place to Work goals
  • Demonstrates deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on simplicity, data based decision making and continuous improvement
  • Communicates enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, and connects to team strategy, priorities and contributions
  • Ensures proper risk discipline, controls and culture are in place to identify, escalate and debate issues
  • Provides inspection, coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance
  • Actively manages expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions
  • Assesses talent and builds bench strength for roles across the organization
  • Delivers results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, operations, governance, risk management, financial center leadership, or a related field
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and building high-performing teams
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving execution across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders
  • Experience developing and managing governance routines, operational controls, risk disciplines, and performance management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations, business reviews, and leadership reporting
  • Experience leading change management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • Experience supporting large operational organizations within Financial Services
  • Knowledge of business management, risk, governance, and operational processes within Bank of America
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and driving organization-wide strategic priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience building dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions to support business performance and decision-making
