- A strong technical background in mechanical systems (HVAC, medical gas, plumbing) and/or electrical systems (power distribution, emergency power, lighting, low-voltage).
- Proven success in a client-facing role, with the ability to lead meetings, present to stakeholders, and build strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- A thorough understanding of the unique operational requirements of healthcare environments, including infection control, critical systems redundancy, and regulatory standards.
