About the Role
As an intern in JLL's Capital Markets group, you will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be an integral part of the team, working alongside analysts to drive investments and acquisitions. This role offers valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry by providing assistance through research, writing, and analyzing market information.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
- Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
Requirements
- Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
