About the Role
The Jed Foundation (JED) seeks a skilled and experienced LMS and Digital Product Administrator to provide high-quality support by maintaining JED’s Learning Management System and connected technologies. These tools support JED’s mission to prevent suicide and protect the emotional health of teens and young adults. The role involves working closely with the Educational Programming team to maintain and scale technology-based training for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of JED’s Digital Learning ecosystem, including course configuration, user access, resource library maintenance, survey configuration, and environment hygiene.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing for JED’s Digital Learning ecosystem, including end-to-end testing and SCORM package integration testing.
- Pull training data and reports, audit course completions, ensure accurate data management, and generate reports to support data analysis for improvement opportunities.
- Lead back-office tasks including account creation and management, training enrollment, subscription access, and training credit management.
- Support the implementation of future AI-supported workflows for end-user support and impact reporting.
- Provide timely and caring end-user support for learners, JED staff, and partners, addressing access and technical issues, triaging support, and communicating remediation.
- Operate within a defined support model and maintain feedback loop from support into the product backlog.
- Help with technical discovery and planning to support the evolution of JED’s Digital Learning product ecosystem.
- Partner with instructional designers to manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Train, coach, and support internal and external end users on the new platform, including creating and maintaining training materials.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system utilization.
- Own the operating cadence for the digital learning and Hub, scheduling and preparing ceremonies, producing agendas and notes, and tracking decisions and action items.
Requirements
- 3+ years of LMS and Digital Product administration experience, including end-user training and day-to-day support.
- Knowledge of virtual instructor-led training platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
- Familiarity with instructional design.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., LearnUpon), authoring systems (e.g., RISE/Articulate), survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), content management systems (e.g., Contentful), BI and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/Looker) and other integrated learning technologies.
- Strong decision-making skills working independently.

- Stays up to date with the constant change in learning and development to provide relevant advice and guidance related to our LMS.
