About the Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide outstanding customer experiences. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction and upholding spa standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals
- Gain detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
