About the Role
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for auction to ensure they meet company appearance and quality standards. This role offers hands-on training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment for those looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, interiors, and engine compartments.
- Prepare vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards.
- Use detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning products safely and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior detailing experience is a plus but will consider a skilled trade background.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Position requires standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the workday.
