About the Role
Taylor Bank is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker with great people skills to service customers in our Berlin, MD branch location. At Taylor Bank, serving the community and building strong customer relationships is paramount.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and account maintenance.
- Issue debit cards and open new accounts.
- Process IRA and HSA transactions.
- Balance and maintain the ATM.
- Assist with cash shipment preparation.
- Refer products and services that meet specific customer needs.
- Travel to surrounding area branches for staffing support when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties and opening new accounts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- An outgoing personality.
- A professional appearance.
